This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer. We are looking for a fast learner with a strong passion for the aviation industry, honest, decisive and reliable individual.

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for the following;

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in Accounts in a busy organization
  • Experience in airlines will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software and ready to adapt to new systems
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to think creatively on the feet
  • Verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven experience of relationship management with stakeholders
  • A positive attitude, attentive, listening and communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or any related field
  • Holder of a Professional Accounting qualification
  • An MBA in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Assistant will be responsible for the following;

  • Carry out hazard inspections of runways and other operational areas including navigational installations which may endanger aircraft and where required, remove any hazard which may be causing danger
  • Issue temporary ID cards to persons authorized to wear them; complete documentation and recording/cancellation procedures
  • Carry out checks to ensure ID cards are displayed appropriately in security areas
  • Supervise movements of passengers, organization employees, crew, aircraft and vehicles in aerodrome movement areas to ensure safety is not compromised
  • Escort vehicles and persons in operational areas when required
  • Making sure pre-flight security screening is done and baggage screening of departing passengers is also done
  • Perform mobile, foot and static patrols in assigned areas
  • Report all incidents to Operation Manager, Management and CAA and to record such incidents that have occurred during the period of duty
  • Provide immediate response to any call for assistance from the pilot or crew of any aircraft
  • Prevent breaches of aviation security and safety in the area assigned
  • Adhere to all regulations and relevant Aviation Security legislation, Aviation Crimes Act, ICAO and the Civil Aviation Act, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Keep current with local instruction and policy and maintain a good knowledge of contingency plans, relevant law and practices.
  • Check & confirm that fuel consumption and fuel recorded coincides
  • Check that cargo loaded coincides with the manifest
  • Additional cargo arriving should be recorded and authorization received prior to flight. Operations Manager at Juba airport should have a copy of the manifest before cargo is offloaded.
  • Be present when airport opens and be present till airport closing hours
  • Professional, clear communication with Juba Airport control tower and the other airports
  • Submit weekly reports to the Juba Ops Manager and Management
  • At least 5 years working experience in a similar position gained in the airline industry
  • The ability to analyze and evaluate information from a wide variety of sources and present it in a usable format to a variety of audiences.
  • A degree in a Business related field
  • At least a Diploma in Aviation Management

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following;

  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan in the areas assigned.
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
  • Recording, managing and reporting project issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
  • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance.
  • Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
  • Managing consultancy input within the defined budget.
  • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
  • Providing regular status reports to the management.
  • Is accountable for the delivery of planned benefits associated with the project.
  • Prioritizing project goals with other ongoing projects.
  • Communicating with other key organizational representatives.
  • Ensures that mandatory supplier requirements are met.
  • Manages the production and approval of the supplier side of the budget.
  • Makes effective use of supplier resources within the approved budget.
  • Tracks performance of suppliers and takes appropriate action.
  • Acts as main point of contact between the supplier and the organization.
  • Produces and monitors financial reports including entry and maintenance of all actual time and expense against the master plan.
  • Day to day management of supplier staff assigned to the project.
  • Quality Assures the work of supplier staff assigned to the project.
  • Encourages the transfer of product knowledge and skills to the appropriate staff within the organization.
  • Respect and ensure deadline is met for each project
  • Bears responsibility for ALL the Projects assigned
  • Working within the set Government laws and policies on matters affecting the assigned projects
  • And any other duty as maybe assigned to you by your supervisor


  • At least 5 years working experience in a similar position gained in the airline industry
  • You will have proven Programme Management/ Project Management experience
  • Experience in the Airlines is a MUST
  • You will be a strong communicator who shares the organisation’s passion and enthusiasm for their products and services.
  • A degree in a Business related field
  • At least a Diploma in Aviation Management

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the following;

  • Collaborates with CEO in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Manages an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with CEO and MD
  • Reviews progress of sales and submit weekly report to CEO and MD.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Achieve goals and productivity, respect pre assigned deadline.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Create and maintain a list of potential customer database (NGO, private sector).
  • Collaborates with CEO to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
  • Proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses.
  • Collaborates with CEO to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and PR.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting (online with management).
  • Reports directly to Chief Executive Officer and MD.
  • To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries
  • To monitor the status of all enquiries and to ensure all actions are completed in a timely professional manner and escalated to CEO when required
  • To ensure that all quotes are presented as required
  • To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients

  • Create a marketing and PR plan to be approved by the directors based on 6 months period
  • Update the marketing and PR plan on a monthly basis
  • Identify potential areas for marketing opportunities locally, nationally and throughout Africa
  • Co-ordinate the market and client news in order to produce sales leads
  • Produce a company newsletter monthly by email
  • Produce and organize leaflets, banners, flyers, brochures, etc.
  • Produce and organize the company’s PR, press releases, articles, podcasts, blogs
  • To manage and develop appropriate forms of social media (Twitter, Linked In, Facebook)
  • A positive attitude, attentive, listening and communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or any related field
  • Holder of a Professional Accounting qualification
  • An MBA in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field and 5+ years’ professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience relating to software sales/marketing Experience and/or knowledge in Airport and Airline Operations
  • Experience in marketing and customer development and support
